LIVEL Real Estate: A Year Worth Remembering As 2025 comes to a close, I find myself looking back with a mix of pride, gratitude, and genuine awe. This year was more than a collection of milestones. It was a testament to what happens when vision, discipline, and heart move in the same direction. For all of us at Livel Real Estate, 2025 was a chapter defined by growth, resilience, and a deeper commitment to the people and community we serve.

For me, that pause always begins with gratitude. Not the surface-level kind we move through quickly, but the kind that settles in, asks us to reflect, and reminds us of the people who have shaped our journey. This season, that gratitude begins with all of you.

At Livel, we decided to do things differently among a sea of sameness. Many have asked (and continue to do so) about our name; what does it mean? How is it pronounced? Mostly curiosity about why we decided to go that route.   Names are an integral part of our identity and can carry significant weight in shaping how we are perceived by others. While there is certainly no one-size-fits-all answer to the question of what makes a name appealing, first and foremost, a unique name can help set someone apart from the crowd. It is valuable in fields or industries where having a distinctive name can help make a person or a company more memorable or recognizable. Additionally, unique names can be seen as a reflection of creativity, individuality, and a willingness to break with convention.   At its core, Livel Real Estate is different. We've chosen to set ourselves apart from the pack and forge our own path, including our name. I'd love to say that we went through extensive research, surveys, and a scientific process, but ultimately the answer is much more straightforward. It combines the letters of our kids' names, Liv, Ariel, and Eli. We were fortunate that it ended up working out!   In terms of how to say it, the easiest way to make people understand is to use a sound-alike that everyone knows. In our case, it would be "Chanel." Kind of has a catchy ring, doesn't it? I love that our name is different; it makes us stand out nicely, much in the same way that we like to stand out as dedicated real estate professionals. “Livel” has a certain sophistication to it, and it evokes luxury, which, if you sell real estate in the Coastal Orange County area, luxury is a thing.   My vision was always to make people see us as a boutique brokerage firm that would make our clients feel special. We established this mission upon founding Livel, which is ever more valid today; "Empowering lives through unforgettable experiences."
