About Erika Axani

Estate agent Erika Axani focuses upon the unique and hugely appealing South Florida lifestyle. Her area of expertise is Fort Lauderdale, also known as the “Venice of the South”. Erika’s constantly changing inventory varies from luxury oceanfront townhomes to high-rise condominiums dotting the streets of downtown Las Olas and the Las Olas Isles. As an analyst with considerable commercial and residential experience, she has developed a marketing strategy that has proven successful in identifying the best opportunities for her clients.

Erika balances her work life with the pure joy of raising young fraternal twins. She enjoys an active and fun south Florida lifestyle in her waterfront paradise in the enclave of Lauderdale by the Sea.

Also at the top of Erika’s list is her passion to give back to the community. In 2010 she co-founded a quarterly happy hour event called “Cocktails for a Cause” in tandem with the Broward’s Children’s Center. Their mission is to support children with special needs. The ongoing event proved so successful, the organization was able to build a modern recreation center for special needs kids and aided in repairing the already-standing youth adult living facilities. As a result of her generosity, the Broward Children’s Center named a waiting room after Erika’s family called “The Axani Family Room”.

Erika is now a member of the Alexis de Tocqueville Society, the highest donor level of the United Way group, and is also an Outreach Committee member with Mission United, supporting local veterans. In 2025, Erika was recognized as the Woman of Promise at the Magnolia Luncheon hosted by Women United. At this event Erika recognized a teacher that passed who she'd become close with as a Reading Pal (a group of volunteers who go to schools and help young children who are struggling with reading.)
