The Rhode Island Association of Realtors has announced that Karl Martone of RE/MAX Properties in Smithfield and Paul Leys of Gustave White International Realty in Newport have been awarded the Omega Tau Rho award. The Omega Tau Rho fraternity was created by the Executive Committee of National Association of REALTORS© on May 11, 1950, in order to recognize individuals for their outstanding leadership skills.

She will work out of Long Realty’s Dove Mountain office. Garcia, who began her career working in the subprime business, also worked in manufactured home sales, where she learned a great deal about the construction of the actual homes, as well as the structuring and processing of manufactured home mortgages. All together, her mortgage experience involves prime, subprime, government programs, manufactured, lot loans, construction and HELOCs in primary and investment properties.
