Susan Shrewsbury

Having worked in Moab real estate since 1986, Sue possesses a wealth of knowledge and experience in the local real estate market. Originally from Riverton, Wyoming, Sue began her real estate career not long after relocating to Moab, UT. Sue earned her brokers license in 1990 and joined Byrd & Co. as an associate broker in 2015. Sue has guided her clients through multiple market shifts and changing dynamics in Moab area real estate throughout her career and continues to successfully represent her clients as Moab continues to grow and evolve. Sue has served as President of the Grand/San Juan Realtors Association Board and is an experienced property manager in the Moab area. Sue enjoys living in Moab as she has an authentic appreciation for the public lands of southeastern Utah and enjoys hiking in her spare time.
